Shipping Costs: 

Free Shipping: on any order over $200 NZD

New Zealand: $10 

Australia: $20 

Rest of the World: $30

 

Returns Policy 

From the date your order is delivered, New Zealand customers have 14 days to return items. Orders from overseas have 30 days to return items. This is conditional that you have complied with our returns policy. 


We want our customers to have a flexible shopping experience, our returns policy allows customers to get a full refund or exchange for any product you are not happy with. 

Items can be exchanged for either an exchange, full refund or store credit.

 Return shipping is at the customers expense.

 We recommend that customers send any parcels on a tracked service and obtain a copy of the tracking information as Knitwear Collections does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

All returns are the responsibility of the purchaser/customer until they are received by Knitwear Collections. 


  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with ALL tags still attached. 
  • We will not accept items that have been damaged or altered. E.g, Stained by fake tan, makeup or other cosmetics. Garments must not smell of any cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or tobacco, or any other products. 

Damaged, worn, or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded. 


Incorrect or Faulty Item: 

At Knitwear Collections we pride ourselves on high quality goods, we aim to package all orders correctly and without faults, however we are human and sometimes mistakes are made. 


If you have received a faulty item, please let us know straight away by emailing our team at sales@knitwearcollections.co.nz or fill in the contact form on our website. 

  • Please let us know: your order number, the exact product name of the faulty item, and clear photos showing the fault. 
  • We aim to reply to your email within 2 working days, and hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible. 

If you have received an Incorrect Item, please let us know straight away by emailing our team at sales@knitwearcollections.co.nz or fill in the contact form on our website. 

  • Please let us know: your order number, the productname of the item/s you were sent and the product name of what you were meant to receive. 
  • We aim to reply to your email within 2 working days, and hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible. 

If your item has been confirmed as incorrect or faulty, we will either refund you in full, or replace/ exchange the goods, and you will be reimbursed for all postage charges. 


Refund/ Store Credit: 

Once we receive your return we will refund the amount in full or process store credit depending on your preference.
Refunds will be processed via the same method of payment.

Please note

  • Once a refund has been processed it may take up to 5 working days for payment to appear in your account.
  •  The refund paid to you is for the cost of the items only. The original shipping charge and any duty or taxes that are incurred when the parcel enters your country are not refundable. 

Exchanges:
Post the return back to us at the address below and ensure you have filled out our returns form stating the exact item you wish to exchange for and enclose this.

  • Once we have received your return we will contact you and let you know if the item you are after is available. 
  • Item Not Available: If it is not available we can discuss other items or process a full refund/store credit.
  • Item Available: We will let you know the amount required for postage and contact you to process this payment. Once payment is made your exchange will be ready to be posted to you.

All exchanges will be sent back to the purchaser at their cost. We do not cover Postage for exchanges.
